Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and asked for a Roll Call Vote;Jack Keniley-
Present, Diane Kennedy-Present, Kevin McCarthy-Present, Paul Schubert-Present,Steve Gaumer-
Present.

Motion by Selectman Schubert to change the order of the agenda to start with the common victualer
license for Perch 143,seconded by Selectman Gaumer and the vote was unanimous (5-0).
Common Victualer License-Perch 143-Owner Ryan Thorton was present and advised the Board they
have had an extensively long construction process and are excited about finally opening on 12/10/16.
They have spoken to Health Inspector Susan Sarni and should have all their permits in order by early
next week at the latest. Mr. Senior added that they are on the Board of Health agenda tonight for an
approval on the location of their dumpster. The common victualer license will be good until 12/31/16.
Motion by Selectman Gaumer to approve the common victualer license for SRK Enterprises d/b/a
Perch 143 contingent on approval of Board of Health and occupancy permits, seconded by Selectman
Kennedy and the vote was unanimous(5-0).
Entertainment License Hearing on complaints regarding noise and disturbances,Cohasset Harbor
Group, LLC,d/b/a Cohasset Harbor Inn, 124 Elm Street,Cohasset-Attorney Lampke advised the Board
he spoke with the Cohasset Harbor Inn counsel and they have formally asked for a continuance of the
hearing until December 20, 2016. Mr. Lampke advised the Board they can delay renewing the Cohasset
Harbor Inn entertainment license on December 131h until after the hearing. Selectman Gaumer asked
when the Cohasset Harbor Inn was noticed. Mr. Lampke stated they were noticed in hand on 11/18.
Mr. Lampke added they just retained an attorney today. After further discussion the Board agreed to
continue. Motion by Selectman Schubert to extend the hearing until 12/20/16 at 7 p.m., seconded by
Selectman Gaumer and the vote was unanimous(5-0).
Chairman McCarthy reminded the Board members to keep an open mind and not discuss any
information about the hearing. Attorney Lampke also advised the members if they are approached by
residents they should refer them to Attorney Lampke or suggest they attend the hearing.
Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chairman 48 hours in advance-Mr. Senior advised the Board
they received a letter from the Red Lion Inn that Manager Henry Lutjens needs to extend his leave of
absence. They would like to appoint a temporary manager. After a brief discussion the Board agreed

they would like to contact the Red Lion Inn to the 12/13/16 meeting to discuss the status of the
management. Mr. Lampke stated it is a discussion not a hearing and the Board has the right to do this.
Selectman Gaumer suggested the Board may want to adopt an addendum to the liquor regulations.
Chairman McCarthy asked Mr. Lampke to draft a letter to the Red Lion Inn and send it certified mail.
Motion by Selectman Gaumer to adjourn,seconded by Selectman Schubert and the vote was
unanimous(5-0).
