6:35 PM Call to Order
1. Approval of Minutes from 10/27/14
MOTION TO APPROVE by George Chamillard, second by Bob Benson.
Approved 6-0-1 (Lee Jenkins abstaining).
2. Article 10 (Elder Affairs Revolving Fund)—Mary Gallagher
The Town Manager's motion has been written to meet the legal requirements,
with a cap of$15,000 for FY '15. This type of revolving fund is different from
the Rec. Depts. Revolving and it must be authorized annually by Town Meeting.
The Director of Finance oversees the accounts.
The purpose of the fund is to collect fees and pay expenses for programs and trips
run by the Dept. of Elder Affairs.
MOTION TO RECOMMEND by George Chamillard, second by Lynda
Mooney. Motion approved 8-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN by Nan Roth, Second by Bob Benson. Motion
approved 8-0
