This license is granted and approved subject to compliance with the laws of this Commonwealth relative to the exposing, sale and keeping of liquor or other intoxicating beverages and with compli- ance with the following conditions: -- S. The premises shall be open at all times to insp ecticn by any police officer or constable of the town, or by any State Police Officer. No person or persons s under the influence of intoxicat .ng liquor or othe~ intoxicating beverage, or having the appearance tY.ereof, shall be granted admittance to or be permitted to remain in or upon any of the premises described in this license. 4. No dialogue , gesture, song, language or conversation of any de- scription which is directly or indirectly obscene, la.sciviouEl or suggestive, shall be permitted to be used by any person or persons while in or upon the premises. 5. Muscle or suggestive dancing of any description or form its pro- hibi.t ed. 6. Gaming of any description, games at which a prize is off$red, any game where money is exposed as a prize or inducement, wheels of chance and jingle boards are prohibited. 7. Private dining rooms , booths or enclosures for the accomodation of less than four persons shall not be permitted and not less than four persons shall be allo-med or permitted to occupy any such room or i.nclosure. �. Rooms used for dining rooms and for dancing shall be so lighted as to render it possible to distinguish any person by every other person therein at all times . 9 . The license will be suspended for non-compliance with any of the laws of this Commonwealth relating to this particular estab- lishment , and may, after a hearing, be revoked. 10. This rule shall not be held to apply to vehicles owned .-or- used -by any ofrthe several Cohasset municipal departments when the same are being actually used for' strict ly. municipal 'purposes 3 ' .All vehicles parking on, the north side of.r Main Street between en- 'trances ".to .Brook Street and Elm Street shall park wi.thin..the spaces .designated and rzar�ed by the Police Department. 4• 1 There, shall be no parking" o�f vehicles on then ways of the town between' the, spaces designated by signs erected by. the Police.:Department �. Police officers may divert vehicular traffic when .necessary to avoid co'ngestion:.or to.":promote. safety and convenience;---and no;_p"erson having charge of a vehicle shall refuse or,neglect to stop or place .,the ,same as directed by a police ; officer.. Whereas, in the opinion of the Selectmen of the Town of Cohasset., conditions require that in addition to. the State lags and present existing rules and orders .adopted by this .board in regard to the premises, .oertaln .further rules and orders should be put in force for the better regulation of traffic of .all kinds upon , and over the public streets, roads. and ways of said towii, it is hereby,. O_RD= that the following rules and orders be and the same hereby are adopted, the same to take effect as provided by laws- 1. no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or perk any vehicle on either side of ' Jerusalem Road from Nichols Road. to the extreme end of tladleigh Park so-called, and/or the road- way surrounding said Park to the -Hull boundary line, except for the purpose of, or for a period of time no longer than is necessary for loading or unloading goods or passengers. 2. All drivers or operators of vehicles shall go to the right of Beacon lights .or other signs directing them so to do. 3. Whenever traffic signals are installed at an intersection alternately directing traffic to stop and to proceed by the showing of colored lights said lights shall indicate as follows: ' Ae When the color red is exhibited no--traffic shall enter the intersection until a green signal Is displayed* H. The color amber when exhibited shall require all waiting traffic to remain standing until a green signal is displayed an& shall require all- traffic which can stop within its normal braking distance before reaching the line of the intersection to stop at such point, otherwise it shall proceed. G* The color green when exhibited shall require traffic facing the signal to # proceeds except that such traffic shall yield the right of way to pedestrians and vehicles lawfully within a cross-walk or the intersection at the time such signal is displayed or exhibited. D.. The colors amber and red when shown in oonJunation shall indicate a period for the exclusive use or the intersection by pedestrians, and during such period no vehicle shall enter- the intersection. It shall be unlawful for any person operating or having control of a vehicle to disobey the instruction of any traffic control signal, traffic signs or marks on the street placed in accordance with the provisions ' . of any rules or orders adopted by the Board of Selectmen unless otherwise directed by a police officer.. Whoever violates any of the provisions of the foregoing rules and orders shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding twenty dollars ($20) for each violation. It is further.
