Interim Action.
There was a Jury Drawing, returnable March 6, 1972 for Traverse
Civil and Criminal Court. The name drawn was James E. Bolan,
66 Spring Street, Cohasset.
Voted: To hold a hearing on the application of Bernard J. Salvador, Jr.
for a Common Victualler's All Alcoholic License at Salvador's
No. 2. The date for the hearing was set for February 16, 1972
at 10:00 A.M.
Voted: To grant a Auctioneer's License to Robert P. Magner, 148 Hollett
Street, Scituate, Mass. to sell real estate at public auction
which may be under foreclosure proceedings by the Cohasset
Savings Bank or any other Bank.
Voted: To grant the request of Senator McKinnon to use the Board of
Selectmen's first office once a month in the mornings. The
date he will first use the office is February 2, 1972.
Voted: To grant permission to the Boston :gas Company to install a gas
supply for Ambrose Flately, Lot 7, Doane .Street, Cohasset.
Voted: To grant permission to the Boston Gas Company to install a gas
supply for Ruby Strovink, 187 Beechwood Street, Cohasset.
Voted: To write a letter to Mr. Streeter, Principal of the High School
to ask him to send the Police Department the numbers taken off
the dog tags so that the Police Department can notify the
owners to keep their dogs from entering the school.
Voted: To accept with regret the resignation of Frank Infusino from
the Tree and Park Department with thanks and appreciation for
his years of service to the Town.

Voted: To approve the minutes of February 9, 1972 as submitted and Interim
Action.
Voted: To fill out, sign and return the increased population form sent
by the A.B.C. Commission.
Voted: To accept with regret, the resignation of Gerard J. Stanton as
Chairman and Sailing Club Representative Member of the
Government Island Study Committee, effective immediately.
Voted: To write a letter to the Board of Selectmen in Hull in order
to set up a meeting with them in the latter part of April to
discuss regional incineration.
Voted: To request the Brockton Edison Co. make a survey of the Street
Lighting on Plust Way and submit their recommendations to the
Board of Selectmen.
Voted: To refer the petition and complaint received today against the
dogs owned by Byron Tosi to Chief Feola for investigation.
At 10:00 A.M. a hearing was held on the application of Bernard
J. Salvador, Jr. to do buisness at S'alvador's No. 2 for a
All Alcoholic Common Victualler License. The following people
were in attendence: Walter Jay Skinner, Attorney at Law for
i r. Salvador, Bernard J. Salvador Jr. , and twenty-five (25)
interested parties.
Attorney Skinner spoke for Mr. Salvador in favor of said
license and completed his summary. Acting Chairman Murray,
upon the request of petitioners in opposition of license,
made a motion that the meeting; be adjourned till 8:15 P.M.
so that people that were not able to attend the morning
meeting could be present this evening. There was some
discussion but the motion was seconded by Mr. Ainslie.
Voted: To adjourn the hearing on Bernard J. Salvador, Jr., Salvador's
No. 2 application until 8:15 P.M. at the St. Stephen's Church ,
~Talton Rogers Hall.
At 11:00 A.M. 14r. Davenport, Department of Natural Resources
was present to give the Selectmen a breakdown of the information
which will be needed to conduct the hearing on the restriction
and regulating of coastal wetlands in the Town of Cohasset for
the hearing to be held on March 30, 1972 at 8:00 P.14.
! The second briefing before the hearing will be held after
it can be discussed with Chairman Clark for an exact date.
Mr. Davenport will be present in the Selectmen's Office on
March 23, 1972 between the hours of 9:00 - 12:00 A. M. and
1:00 - 4:30 P.M. to answer questions that anyone may have
regarding hearing.
FEBRUARY 16, 1972 SELECTMENT'S MEETING (CONTINUs,D)
At 8:15 the hearing resumed on Bernard J. Salvador Jr. ,
Salvador's No. 2 application for a All Alcoholic Common
Victualler Liquor License. Two petitions were presented to
the Board - Opposed, fifty four (54) , in Favor, seventy four
(74). There was about seventy five (75) people in attendance.
The opposition completed their summary. Per written votes of
the people in attendance: Thirty Nine Opposed, Twenty four
in favor.
Voted: To take this application under advisement.
F ;BRUARY 17, 1972
The Board of Selectmen met at a special meetin2, in Executive
Session on Thursday, February 17, 1972 at 2:15 P.M.
A motion was made to act on the application of Salvador's
Restaurant, Inc. for a new liquor license for a proposed second
facility at 850 Chief Justice Cushing Highway. The motion was
seconded.
Voted: The license was denied as a result of failure to obtain a
majority vote. Henry W. Ainslie, Jr. was in favor and 14ary
Jeanette Murray was opposed. Arthur L. Clark was not present,
as he was on vacation. The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 P.M.

9:30 A.M. Mary Jeanette Murray, Member, Housing Authority
presented plans to the Board of Selectmen showing the
the proposed Housing for the :Elderly.
Voted: To request that the Brockton El*dison Company have the 1000 lumen
incandescent street light from Pole 9 removed and to have
installed 4000 lumen mercury vapor street lights on Poles 2,4,
6 and 9 on "gist Way.
Voted: To write a letter to HIr. Byron Tosi, explaining to him that the
Selectmen are planning to issue an order to have his dogs removed.
If there are reasons why this order should not be enacted, he is
asked to meet with the Selectmen on March 8, 1972 at 8:15 P.M.

Dorman Diagalie, Dept. of Public Works, Lou vailey, Ed Pratt
and Paul Berger, engineer were present to discuss Phase I of the
Town Sewer Extension.
Voted: To write a letter to the Department of Public Works in Middleboro,
District 7, urging them to support the Chapter 90, safety project
at the forest Ave. intersection.
Voted: To grant a renewal All Alcoholic Seasonal_ Club License for 1972
to the Cohasset Golf Club.
Voted: To accept Section IIE, G.L. , C-32B and is quoted in part as follows:
' Shall the town authorize all teachers insured for croup life and
health insurance, and their dependents, upon receiving a pension
or annuity allowance from the teachers ' retirement system, to have
such insurance transferred to the state for convenience of premium
withholdings, with the town making payment of fifty percent of the
premium, a portion of the administrative expense and the payment
of a subsidiary or additional rate to be paid by the Town?. . ."

storm damage.

30th as Coffee Day for crippled children in Cohasset.
Voted: To sign the Contract for financial assistance to be executed
between the Cohasset Housing Authority and the Commonwealth of
11assachusetts actin; by and through the Commissioner of the
Department of Community Affairs. Mary Jeanette Murray voted
to abstain from signing the contract because it would be a
conflict of interest as she is a TIember of the Housing Authority,
appointed by the Governor. This decision was reached, per the
ruling of Town Counsel.
Voted: To advertise for the purchase of two (2) 1972 Four Door station
Wagons for the use of the Police Department. Bids will be
opened on April 5, 1972 at 8:15 o'clock F.I .

Voted: To approve the minutes of March 15, 1972 as submitted and
Interin Action.
8:05 P.M. There was one Jury Drawin for Traverse Civil and
Criminal, returnable May 1, 1972. The name drawn was Abraham
S. Coblentz, 46 Brewster Rd., Cohasset.
8:15 P.H. There was a hearing on the application of Joseph
Rosano, Pilgrim Auto Body for a Class III I1ator Vehicle Junk
Dealer's License. Joel Rosano and Hr. & firs. Joseph W. Rosano
were present and in favor of the license being granted. In
opposition - I-ir. Clouter appeared for the Marlee Realty Trust
(Trustees: 11r. Louis Cassini and Dr. Djerf) who are abuttors.
Mr. Clouter stated that the legal notice was worded incorrectly
and that the land use proposed was not in keeping with Chapter
140, Section 59a of the General Laws. Joseph Rosano requested
that his application for a Class III Hotor Vehicle Junk Dealer's
License be withdrawn at this time.
Voted: Per Mr. Rosano's request to withdraw his application for a Class
III, Iotor Vehicle Junk Dealer's License at this time.

with the stipulations that he be limited to ten (10) saleable
cars and that they be parked neatly in the yard. No junk cars
or parts should be strown around that area. T:ary Jeanette Murray
did not vote.
There was a Lid Opening for the purchase of a new 1972 Chassis and
Cab, involving; also, in connection therewith and in part payment
thereof, an allowance for a trade-in of the 1962 Ford with utility
body, AS IS, in use by the Wire Department.

INTERIM ACTION
April 5, 1972
There was a special meeting held at 9:00 A.M. to discuss with
Mr. Byron Tosi the reasons why his dogs should not be removed
from Town.
Mr. Tosi, Miss Pam Tosi and Air. Tosi's lawyer, 1;r. McLaughlin
were present.
Mr. McLaughlin state d that Mr. Tosi's female german shepherd
dog was dead and that they were now just discussing the rnale.
Xr. Tosi said that if he was able to keep the dog he would keep
it restrained and that if the Selectmen wished, he would fence in
all of his property.
Voted: To take the decision of the Board under advisement.
Voted: To allow Mr. Tosi to keep his male Berman shepherd dog with the
understanding that within a reasonable length of time, he will
enclose a part or all of his yard to keep his dog in. This
work should be done at least by one month and a half. The
restraining order will continue.

Voted: To write to the Gulf Oil Corporation requesting their cooperation at
their uas station by the name of Tino's . They would like to have the
State Dept. of Public Works install a pedestrian trip light at the
intersection of Fond Street and Route 3A. The Dept. of Public 'Works
will not do so unlesscurbing is placed around station as recormmended.
There was a bid opening for the purchase of two (2) 1972 Four Door
Station :Wagons for the use of the Police Department. The bids were
as follows:

Ronald Rawson, Bert Pratt, Clerk and Mrs. Vesoff, Pres. of the S. S.
Playhouse Assoc. were present to discuss the various problems that
have existed since last summer at the South Shore Music Circus. There
were eight abuttors present as follows: Mr.&: Mrs. James Carroll, Mr.
Edwin Fratt, Mrs. Lucille D. Peavey, Nancy J. Jones, Mr. Thomas Duggan,
Mr. Joseph MacDonald and Mr. Carlo Conte. The abuttors discussed the
problems of noise, parking and littering. Mr. Rawson stated that there
would be no rock and roll shows scheduled this year and that they are
trying out a new microphone system that should muffle the sound better
then last year. He also submitted a list of the shows scheduled for
Sunday Performances to the Selectmen.

A motion was made to act on the application of Bernard J. Salvador, Jr.
to do business at "The Chalet" for a new All Alcoholic Common Victualler's
license at premises behind Salvador's Restaurant, Inc. at 850 Chief
Justice Cushing Highway. The motion was seconded.
Voted: To grant this license to Mr. Salvador. Henry W. Ainslie, Jr. moved that
this license be granted. Arthur L. Clark seconded this motion. Mary
Jeanette Murray voted in opposition.
This license was granted with the stipulation that Mr. Salvador has to
obtain all other licenses and permits such as building and sewerage before
he can open.

Voted: To approve the minutes of the May 24, 1972 meeting as submitted
and Interim Action.
At 8:00 p .m. there was a hearing for Mrs. John Buckley, spokesman for the
SRO (Save Our Resources Organization) to get the dump stickers out. It
was voted that a letter be written to the Board of Health to request
t,_at the Board expedite the issuance of the dump stickers. It was also
voted that the Selectmen would like to make a public commendation of the
SRO (Save Our Resources Organization) to commend their diligent and
untiring efforts in the field of ecology.
At 8:15 p.m. (originally scheduled for 9:00 p.m.) there was a hearing
held for Mr. harry Ritter, Harbor Master, for the appointment of two
Assistant Harbor Easters for night patrol. The Selectmen voted to
approve the appointment of Mr. Joseph Mighiaccio and Leo Fiori, Jr.
as Assistant Harbor Masters on Night Patrol-and as Special Police Officers.
At 8:30 p.m. there was a dog hearing against Mr. Ernie :oberts of 43
Rust Way, Cohasset. The complainants present were: Fir. and Mrs. John
A. Quilty of 64 Linden Drive, Cohasset, who's dog was a said victim of
the Roberts dog and had to be put to sleep because of severe wounds
inflicted; and 14r. D. Keith Carlson, who's dog was also said victim
of attack by the Roberts dog.. The investigation, headed by the
Chief of Police, Randolph A. Feola, was then read, with the recommendation
that the dog be restrained as they (Roberts) were now doing. There
was more discussion on the restraining of the dog by the Roberts, and
the Selectmen unaniously voted to have the dog permently restrained.
All parties were in agreement.
Voted: To grant permission for the Quonahasit Day Camp to make periodic
program activities at Wheelwright Part: during the period of June
26, 1972 thru August 18, 1972. This is with the understanding
that the camp will not cause any undo damage to the park, and
that no litter will be left, furthermore, there will be
supervision during these trips.
Voted: To accept the provisional appointment of Richard B. Abbedessa
of 581 First Parish Road, Scituate, in lieu of Richard P. Grassie
of 45 Spring Street, Cohasset, at the request of Randolph A.

of Lawn horsing Equipment and the necessary attachments from Hilltop Service
Station. The total amount is $2,516.00. TheAdvisory Committee has approved
the transfer of the necessary funds . Due to the immediate need for this
piece of equipment, the Selectmen have considered this to be a special
emergency involving the proposals for this piece of equipment have not been
asked for and the contract has been awarded to Hilltop Service Station after
obtaining prices from other equipment dealers.

There was a do.- hearing at 8:30 P.M. against Miss Carol Twitchell of

555 Beechwood Street, Cohasset. The complainants present were:
Mr. and Mrs. Aeewart Sargent, Mr. and Firs. Charles L. Stodiard, Jr. ,
Mr. and Mrs. .1,ewarel Consalrbs. , Albert Andrews, Mary Leavitt,
and Curley O 'Brien. A letter of investigation was read from the
police department. The complainants were heard first with numerous
complaints of aggravating noises of barking and howling from the
kennel of Miss Twitchell. The selectmen suggested muzzlingo or
removing dogs as ways to eliminate nuisances. The owners stated
there were 10 coon and bear hounds. The possibility of covering
the kennel area was discussed. One neighbor saie the dog food causes
a rat problem and an odor for those close by the kennel. It was
decided that the nuisance must be abated, the three selectmen would
eiscuss it and a decision would be made within a week. The matter
was taken under advisement. The hearing enured at 9:27 p.m.
There was a bid opening at 8:15 p.m. for reconstruction and repairs
to storm damaged seawalls and revetments at Sandy Beach and Wausman's
Beach Causeway, both on Atlantic ,Avenue. The first bid from fir. Rocco
Rosano for $7900.00 was not acceptable as it was not properly submitted.
The second bid from 'Mr. ;,arrest Minelli, Inc. of Hull, Massi was
$15, 700.00.
Voted: To take these under advisement.
Voted: To approve the Montessori School in the carriage house of the
Unitarian Parish House as permitted under the Zoning By-Law
for schools offering general educational courses . Mr. Charles
Peirce attended the meeting at 10:00 p.m. to present a letter
from the Superintendent of Schools approving the Montessori School.
Voted: To grant permission to the Walk-In center (The City) to use the Town
Hall on Saturday, September 16th, for a dance from 8 to 12 p.m.
They must have a policeman on the premises and will clean up.
Voted: To grant permission to the Cohasset Community Center for the use

keep of the grounds and that the back stop at Beachwood
Field and the bleachers at Barnes Field were out of our
jurisdiction.

Voted: To approve the minutes of October 25, 1972 as submitted.
Mrs. Lillian Banks from Senator KcKinnonh Office was present.
8:00 p.m. There was a bid opening for a 1973 4 door Sedan for the
Town of Cohasset Police Department. The three bids were
$3640. from Cohasset Motors, $3926. from Wolff Sullivan
of Hingham, and $3697. from Highway Motors.
Voted: To take the Police Car bids under advisement.
Voted: To permit Brocton Edison Company to install an underground duct
under Chief Justice Cushing Highway to the Professional Building.
All abutters were notified of hearing on this date.
8:30 p.m. Mr. Bennett Driscoll, Bob Benson, Kurt Smalrel, and Jim
Bennett were present to discuss the conditions of the
Tow Hall after the dance held by'tbe City" on
October 21, 1972.
8:45 p.m. Mr. Edwin A. Young, Chairman, Government Island Committee
was present to submit plans of proposed wall and fence
repairs along Mill River edge of property and also for
some grading to be done. It was suggested that Government
Island be named Gulf Island Park.
Voted: To permit Mr. Edwin A. Young to proceed with getting bids for the
three separate projects.
Voted: To grant permission to Mr. John Cornish Nott, Duxbury, Mass.,
to use the Town Hall for one-hour dancing classes on December 7, 14, 21;
January 4, 18; Fecruary 1, 15; and March 1, 15 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Voted: To permit Boston Gas Company to install a gas supply for John Lubans,
118 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset.
Voted: To support the Norfolk County Commissioners on their acquisition of
the Wollaston Golf Course.
Voted: To set a new hearing date for Mr. Robinson Hidell for the application
of a nine and Malt License on November 15, 1972 at 8:45 p.m.
Voted: To take a stand, at the request of the Advisory Committee, against
a forty-two hour week for permanent members of the fire department
of Cohasset.

8:00 p.m. Mrs. John F. Buckley Was present to discuss the
condition of Milliken Field and to make a request
for its improvement.
Voted: To grant a Sunday license to Robert J. Davenport, 163 Sohier
Street, Cohasset for Cohasset Greenhouses Inc. for their new
retail store at 3A°BfinSunday next to JJ's Dairy Mart. It
will be a Garden and Craft Center.
Voted: To compose a mimiographed letter from the Selectmen to each new
Family moving into Cohasset, welcoming them here as they do in
towns. The Welcome Wagon representative, Mrs. Diane M. Dunbar
would distribute them to newcomers.
Voted: To reserve the Town Hall Auditorium for three hearings of the
Board of Appeals to be held on November 21, 1972 at 8:00 p.m.
Voted: To permit the Boston Gas Company to install a gas supply for
Manuel M. Fonseca, 9 James Lane, Cohasset.
Voted: To have the Police Department investigate an application for
Incorporation from David E. Place, 63 Summer Street, Cohasset
under the name of Austin Foundation, Inc., City of Boston.
Voted: To accept the lowest bid of $3640. from Cohasset Motors, Inc.
for a 1973 4 door Sedan for the Town of Cohasset Police
Department.
Voted: To appoint Mrs. Peter Greenman as a representative from
Cohasset to the Welfare Department, Advisory Board to
fill the vacancy caused by the expiration of the term
of Mrs. Conte.

and Mr. Samuel Esposito, Hull Street to serve as
representatives to the Citizens Committee to Study Route 228.

8:15 p.m. There was a hearing for the Cohasset Golf Club's
application to store a gas tank (1000 Gal.) underground.
Mr. Robert James, President of Cohasset Golf Club was
present and all abutters were notified.
Voted: To grant the Cohasset Golf Club a license to store gasoline.
j 8:45 p.m. There was a hearing for the Life Boat Station No. 3
Corporation for a Wine and Malt Liquor License.
Mr. Henry Robinson Hidell III and Mr. Charles Humphries,

Mr. Hidell explained the operation and answered
questions which were raised.

wires and cables to be placed therein, under the surface of the
following public ways:-

Mrs. Barbara Kern was present to submit information on how to word it
on the ballot.
Voted: To ask for funds to pay Roche, Carens & Degiacomo for the opinions
and examination of the Parker Avenue Property. The money for this
came from our Legal Counsel Fund.
Voted: To grant a common victualler license and a Sunday license to
Petrick's Pantry, Inc. (replacing 'Urbies") 17 South Main St.,
and to have Mrs. Delores Petrick, 47 Elm St., Scituate, Mass.

Voted: To ask for the opinion of Chief Paola, Police Department about
Mr. A. C. Herrington's request to be appointed a a a special
officer to keep trespassers off nearby property.

the Town Hall for the production of "Granite" for Wed. Feb. 28,

Voted: To approve the minutes of November22,1972 as submitted.
Mr. Robert Arndt, 391 South Main Street, President of the
Cohasset Historical Society was present to recommend that
Cohasset set up a historical commission under its Town Govt.
to act in matters concerning historic preservation and coor-
dinate preservation plannfg locally and with the Mass. Hist. Comm.
The deadline for this program is June 30, 1973. The Selectmen
should appoint 3-7 members.
Voted: To include in the Town Warrant an article concerning formation
of such a commission.
Mr. John Paterson was present to discuss the position of Clam Warden.
He wanted to know if the Selectmen could legally appoint a Clam
Warden if he is retired. We received a letter from Town Counsel
some time ago verifying the appointment.
Voted: To ask Bill Signorelli, Town Accountant and School officials to
attend the meeting on Dec. 13 at the request of the Town of Dedham
about the Chapter 70 distribution formula for State Aid to schools.
Voted: To set Dec. 13 as a hearing date for Mr. William T. Barnes for
application for a gasoline storage permit (3,000 gal.) underground
at 502 North Main Street, Cohasset on Lot 0. Check with the
Zoning Officer, Mr. James Litchfield first however.
Voted: To have the Veterans Memorial Committee, Mr. Glenn Pratt, Chairman,
and members attend the Selectmen's meeting on December 6, 1972 in
order to discuss their committee affairs.
Voted To have one Selectmen present at the meeting on December 13, 1972
of the Planning Board and the Municipal Planning and Management,
Mass. Dept. of Comm. Affairs, to get assistance for planning in
Cohasset and updating the Master Plan.
Voted: The Selectmen will attend a regional meeting on Dec. 18, 1972 at
7:30 p.m. here at Cohasset Town Hall with the MBTA to discuss our
transportation needs. (Mr. Francis W. O'Brien, Liason Officer, MBTA)
Voted: Mr. Henry Ainslie, Selectmen, will attend the Solid Waste Disposal mtg.
on December 11, at 6:00 p.m. at Holiday Inn held by the Southeastern
Assoc. of Boards of Health.
Voted: Not to purchase outdoor lights for the Christmas tree on the Common.
Voted: To grant permission to Taffy Nothnagle, Publicity Chairman, Heart Fund,
to hang a banner over North Main St. for two weeks in Feb. publicizing
the 1973 Heart Fund Campaign.
Voted: To grant permission to the Community Center to sell Christmas trees.
Voted: To grant permission to Jim Bennett to use the Town Hall for another
"City" dance on Dec. 9 from 8-12 p.m. He will tell them there is
to be no smoking in the Hall.
Voted: To notify all town► departments that their reports for the Town Report
and all articles for the Town Warrant must be in no later than
December 29, 1972.
Voted: To again appoint the Personnel Committee as bargaining agent for
town employees. A letter should be written to Mr. Francis O'Neill
Chairman, Personnel Committee.

Voted: To approve the minutes of November 29, 1972 as submitted.
There was no hearing held for the Life Boat Station Corp.
as they withdrew their application for a dine and Malt
liquor license due to not finding proper management.
Peter Wood was present to formally announce the withdrawal.
Representatives from the Cohasset League of Women Voters were
present to get the Selectmen's support for their Land Use Study
and for a film being made of Cohasset. It would outline the
trend of development in Cohasset and the pressures on us for
land use. It will propose alternatives to solve land use.
Voted: To write a letter in support of the League to do this study.
Mr. William Barnes and Mr. John Barnes, 502 N. Main at., Cohasset
were present to discuss an application for storage of a 3,000 gal.
tank of gasoline at the above address (Lot #3)
Voted: To ask Town Counsel for a ruling as to whether the Zoning -by-laws
would allow this.
Mr. Gerard Stanton was present to represent Glenn Pratt, Chairman
of the Veterans Memorial Comm. Mr. James Litchfield was also
present. It was suggested that before any more expenditures were
made that the chairman meet with his members. Also it was suggested
that they meet to decide if the committee should continue.
Voted: To sign the form from the Mass. Dept. of Corporations and Taxation,
establishin3 the sums of indemnity for the bonds of the Treasurer,
Town Clerk, and Collector of Taxes.
Voted: To pass on to Jim Litchfield, Building Inspector, that Brocton
Edison Co. wants to be contacted before he grants permits for
moving a building, in order for them to move overhead facilities.
Voted: To approve the appointment of Mr. A. C. Herrtngton, "Whitehead".

Mr, John Bryant, Chairman of the Conservation Commission
was present with Mr. Nathan W. Bates of 288 King Street,
Cohasset, The Selectmen signed a deed for the land (about
5 acres) donated by Mr. Bates to the town for Conservation
purposes.

REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN HEM ON DECEMBER 27, 1972
All Present
- at 8:00 p.m. there was a hearing for William T. Barnes for an
application to store 30000 gal* of gasoline on lot #3 at
502 North Main Street. Only Mr. Barnes was present and all
abbutters were notified. It was discussed how he would get
into the lot, if his business was now in operation, if there
would be vehicles stored there, and the rules of the Zoning-
by-laws regarding expansion of business in a residential area.
Voted: To take the matter under advisement.
