Woodworth Chittick, Chairman(WC) Peter Goedecke,Vice Chairman(PG) Charles Higginson,Member(CH) David McMorris,Associate Member(DM) Matthew Watkins,Associate Member(MW) Recording Secretary: Amy Davis Chairman S.Woodworth Chittick called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. The Chairman introduced the Board members that were present. BOARD BUSINESS The Board confirmed the next meetings of the Cohasset Zoning Board of Appeals as September 11,2018 and October 2, 2018 CONTINUED HEARING SPECIAL PERMIT—Filed by Cavanaro Consulting, on behalf of landowners, Harry Judd,Jr. & Peter Mallen. Special Permit per sections §8.7.2 49.11 and any relief the Board deems appropriate. Applicants, seeks to raise the existing house, complete the second story and add a porch at 121 Jerusalem Road. File#18.06.18. In attendance to represent this agenda item: Can Tiryaki of Tiryaki Architectural Designs, and Harry Judd&Peter Mallen, landowners. Chairman Chittick recused himself from the hearing and turned the meeting over to Vice-Chairman Peter Goedecke. Mr. Goedecke stated the Board did not request additional information from the homeowners of 121 Jerusalem Road. Can Tiryaki, of Tiryaki Architectural Designs, stated he had no additional information for the board. Mr. Goedecke asked Mr. Tiryaki if he has any other meetings scheduled with other Boards. Mr. Tiryaki said they will be meeting with the Conservation Committee on Thursday. MOTION BY: CHARLES HIGGINSON MOVED TO ACCEPT THE DESCIION AS WRITTEN SECONDED: DAVID MCMORRIS,ASSOCIATE MEMBER VOTE: 3-0 MOTION CARRIES (PG,CH &MW) BOARD BUSINESS Chairman Chittick introduced a new applicant,Lee Darst, for the vacant spot on the Zoning Board of Appeals. Ms. Darst reviewed her resume for the Board.
