Alves, T. Burnieika, J. DeLorenzo, V. Froio, J. Hartwell Members Absent: E. Frazier, T. Goff Others Present: T. Carroll, Director, K. Daley Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 6-05-18 as written: Motion: J. DeLorenzo 2nd: G. Froio Vote: 4-0 Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 6-12-18 as written: Motion: J. DeLorenzo 2na: T. Burnieika Vote: 5-0 100 Sohier Street/Milliken Field CPC Article Discussion: The Milliken Field CPC money has to be reconfirmed at the December 1 Oth Town Meeting. We will invite Clark Brewer to the 10/10 meeting for final design so cost analysis can be done. Sohier Street project needs a final plan to go ahead with cost plans. A memorial for Jessica McDonald and Stefan Hanke will be included. We are also looking at two courts. The Milliken Field tennis courts will be resurfaced with$7,000 from CPC, $7,000 from Rec and$7,000 from the schools for crack repair. We are asking Spring Town Meeting for$250,000 for total resurface. Harbor Update from Abigail: Harbinger Development pulled out of Harbor Deal. Open Space and Rec Committee Update from Jeff Attended first meeting tonight, final plan is being reviewed. Summer Program Review: Summer program went well. 513 children. Nurse position went well again this summer. Pre-School two 3 week sessions went well. We are investigating doing it for the full program. Thanks for Giving Race: This will be our loth race. We are hoping for 1,000 runners and have signed on for Chip Timing. Motion to Adjourn: T.
