Alves, G. Froio, T. Goff, Jack DeLorenzo Members Absent: E. Frazier, M. Frame, K. Mulcahy Others Present: Ted Carroll, Kate Daley, Lisa Uglialoro, Jeremy DiBona, Clark Brewer Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 1-17-18 as written: Motion: A. Alves 2nd: T. Goff Vote: 4-0 100 Sohier Street/Milliken Field CPC Article Discussion: We filed a$25,000 request for Capital Budget to help bridge the gap in the Milliken Field Shed project. It was approved and will be going to Town Meeting in April. The sewer and water connection fees were waived. Clark Brewer presented a sketched plan for the shed and will provide additional sketches and cost estimates for the next meeting. We have an anticipated $60,000 for the 100 Sohier Street project. The commission did approve a$10,000 fence replacement along Sohier Street. We are waiting on a parking lot design and plans for a second court. The Rec Department and School Department went before CPC to ask for an additional $100,000 for ADA issues at the playgrounds. It was approved and is going to Town Meeting. Spring Field Matrix: Motion to approve the 2018 field matrix for school and town fields as presented. Motion: J. DeLorenzo 2nd A. Alves Vote: 4-0 Health and Rec Fair: Coming up next week and will include the Farmer's Market and Blum Cancer Van. Summer 18 Discussion: The Commission discussed the fees in relation to the lost snow days. Motion to approve the existing fees to the summer program despite losing additional days to snow days. Motion: J. DeLorenzo 2nd A. Alves Vote: 4-0 We did lose the first week of Xtreme. Motion to Adjourn: T. Goff 2nd J.
