Alves, D. Ellinger, E. Frazier, M. Frame, V. Froio, K. Mulcahy Members Absent: D. Martin Others Present: T. Carroll, Director, Carolyn Coffey, Library Trustees Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 2-7-17 as written: Motion: D. Ellinger 2nd: K. Mulcahy Vote: 5-0 Spring Field Schedule: Motion to approve 2017 Spring Field Matrix: Motion: E. Frazier 2nd: M. Frame Vote: 6-0 Update—Paul Pratt Library Plans and Town Hall Plans: Carolyn Coffey presented on both her work with the Town Hall renovation and Library Trustees committee work. Town Hall renovation plans are considering the field at 100 Sohier Street for a possible Town Hall. The Library Trustees are working on a plan for greater access from the back of the parking lot to the library. Motion to form subcommittee with Library to work on plans for the area: Motion: E. Frazier 2na: A. Alves Vote: 6-0 100 Sohier Street/Milliken Field CPC Article Discussion: CPC approved$12,000 for Bancroft Way fence to help complete baseball field improvements. A request for$24,000 for the fence was awarded $6,000 from CPC. Possible other funding sources include CHS Athletics and our Tennis program account. CPC articles for ADA compliance were approved by CPC including funding for a new Osgood playground one for pre-school and a K-2 playground. Health and Rec Fair/Summer 2017 update: We are going to have the official drop off of registrations at 2 pm. Motion to Adjourn: M. Frame 2na V.
