Alves, D. Ellinger, E. Frazier, V. Froio, D. Martin Members Absent: M. Frame, K. Mulcahy Others Present: T. Carroll, Director Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 1-18-17 as written: Motion: V. Froio 2nd: E. Frazier Vote: 5-0 100 Sohier Street/Milliken Field CPC Article Discussion: The Commission discussed the CPC projects for the Milliken Field shed and baseball project. The commission conferred ways to move the project forward. The Diamond Club has moved forward with baseball improvements but funding will be needed for the Bancroft Way Fence and bullpen. Motion to request CPC funds for Milliken Field fencing for baseball project including replacement of Bancroft Way fence and bullpens: Motion: D. Ellinger 2nd: D. Martin Vote: 5-0 The commission reviewed a quote for improvements for the Milliken Field tennis court Motion to request CPC funds for crack repairs and painting of the Milliken Field tennis courts: Motion: E. Frazier 2nd: A. Alves Vote: 5-0 The Commission further discussed the impact of the loss of space and programs if the Town Hall renovation project were to happen and affect our services at both 100 Sohier Street and 55 R South Main.
