Alves, M. Frame, V. Froio, K. Mulcahy Members Absent: E. Frazier, D. Ellinger, D. Martin Others Present: T. Carroll, Director, C. Senior, John Paul Buckley(Student Project) Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 9-7-16 as written: Motion: K. Mulcahy 2nd: M. Frame Vote: 4-0 Milliken Field Shed/100 Sohier Street CPC Article Discussion: No check from Soccer yet. Chris Senior will reach out to him to address his concerns. Summer time table is more likely. 100 Sohier Street CPC project could be used for improvements for the field and court area. Basketball Boosters with a memorial fund set up for Stefan Hanke could help with the project. Motion to improve the area in front of the office with fence, flagpole and walkway: Motion: V. Frame Vote: 4-0 Summer Program Update: Preliminary 2016 Summer budget showed a small profit but with some restructuring of the support staff the addition of a full time nurse will fit into the budget. Ted recommends the same fee for next year as the price was set based on the final increase in minimum wage in January 2017. 50th Summer Anniversary logo was looked over. Thanks for Giving Race: Cranberry shirts this year. Causeway will be done but we will need a plan for 2017 for the loss of Cunningham Bridge. Chris Senior updated the board on some other projects and some discussion took place about a skate park and dog park. Motion to Adjourn: M. Frame 2na K.
