Meeting Called to Order: 7:07 PM—Chair Frazier

Motion to Accept Meeting Minutes of 12-14-15 as written:

Summer Program Update:
Ron Menard from the IT department will start looking into online registration after Labor Day
and we can try it out on the Xtreme program next January. We will have good representation
from staff home on break assisting us at the fair.
Community Preservation Proposals:
Milliken Field Shed-
Pricing is forth coming from local contractors with design and construction contingencies.
Suggestions include an article in the Mariner with a thank you for Tiryaki's work, adding square
footage for each room, getting input from Marie Dunkelberger for the concession area, checking
on ADA and sprinkler requirements. At the next meeting fundraising ideas will be discussed.
100 Sohier Street Plans-
Motion to request the Town Manager to release $8,750 from the Fall Town Meeting
$30,000 for design and development of the interior and exterior of 100 Sohier Street:

2nd: K. Mulcahy Vote: 5-0
Motion pending Town Manager approval the Recreation Commission approves the $8,750
contract with Susan Hoadley for design and development of the interior and exterior of 100
Sohier Street as long as it can be prepared by the Feb 8th CPC meeting:

Directors Report:
Special Thank you to Sean Mavilia, Jack Osten, JP Adams, and Chris Norton for their work with
us through the Cohasset High School Community Service class. Plans are being considered for
an Open House for employees and for the town over the weekend of April 29-30 before Town
Meeting. Mary Goodwin has lined up the Blum Cancer Screening Van for the Health and Rec
Fair.
We will schedule our next meeting for the next CPC Meeting, Feb 8.
