Meeting Called to Order: 7:08 PM—Chair Frazier
Members Present: A. Alves, D. Ellinger, E. Frazier, D. Martin, K. Mulcahy, V. Froio
Members Absent: M. Osborne
Others Present: T. Carroll, Director
Updates:
The Water Commission is presently using Elms Meadow for water thus the conditions are less
than ideal. Summer Xtreme program started and did well. We had a job fair at the High School
on Thursday, January 7th
Community Preservation Proposals:
Further discussion about Milliken Field centered on our options for the construction of a new
shed. The options are contractors donating time, prevailing wage, and South Shore Votech. We
would have Brian Joyce, the Town's project manager oversee the project.
Summer Program Update:
Discussion centered on the registration procedure.
We will schedule our next meeting for Monday, January 25, 2016.
