Leary: I met with Rob Scott to develop a transition plan for the WWTP. And sent utility bills to
constellation. I need to find out new rate going forward,Town's contract is up in January'19.
Sawchuk: Can we pay Suez's bill at their rate until we go to W&C?
Leary: No, legal said we need to use the expiration clause in the contract& have no more dealings with
Suez.
Beck: I heard it was 11.9 cents/KwH for a year from constellation not including fees.
Sawchuk: Ask National Grid what they can do for a rate, need to make sure the bill is ended on the
correct date.
McGowan: Are we all set to start paying Woodard & Curran?
Leary:Yes,telephones and internet have been transferred to them; there are 9 total phone lines.
Sawchuk:They are probably expensive, for the alarms.
Leary: I am transitioning the alarm company, Protection One.Trailer is transitioned to W&C,they can
decide what to do with it. Our contract expires with Suez on December 31',W&C is fine with going into
effect January 1 but we worried about Suez basically demobilizing December 27,the Friday before.
Coughlin: You should take an inventory.
Beck: Scott can do that.
McGowan: Maybe we should go in and take a video inventory.
Leary: Did Suez give you an inventory when they came in?
McGowan: I think maybe they promised one but did not deliver
Coughlin: Request a declaration from Suez and we need copies of all digital files
Leary: Do we want locks changed or are we comfortable with keys potentially being out there?
McGowan: Maybe we should look into cameras at the plant
Coughlin: or new padlocks with codes
Sawchuk: We need an inventory for W&C to take over
Leary:Jim will be doing that
Sawchuk: Insurance?
Leary: I am working on that
Coughlin: Make sure Suez completed DOC filings with MDPS

Leary: Still waiting for Chris Senior to sign it,then Don signs it,then legal. Hoping to have it executed
today.
Beck: Biggest issues are to get electric and gas transitioned over.
Leary: I'm looking at first week in February to have plant audited,we have an expediter coming in to
help from national grid, for green communities.
Coughlin: Is there an IT person who can go to the plant and get final copies of everything?
Leary: We have an intern that can go do that
Beck: What was the cause of the break in the line on beach st last week?
Leary: I was told the break was in the street, I thought it was just old.
Coughlin: It should all be in the report from Rosano Davis sometimes they use a cleaning solution when
the pipe is installed that deteriorates the pipe over time when it sits.
Leary: I'll get a report and send it to you.
Beck:The previous break we had on Jerusalem Rd.was due to cast iron pipes and we were told that
there were more out there but we stopped worrying about it/
Coughlin:That is an issue with the air release valves, we should get an inspection report, Woodard and
Curran can do that.
Leary: We need to get Stockbridge St. done. I cannot find a contractor to do it.
Coughlin: Can we get Rosano Davis to do that? They did the original, it's not a huge project.
Beck: Have they done anything at Lothrop Lane?
Leary:They haven't been able to,the water table is too high, the pump is a nightmare, last I heard they
were looking for someone to do the dewatering. Can they put the pump in the house?
McGowan: Why can't they put in a waterproof pump?
Leary: I think the issue is getting in there with all the water.
Beck: Hull is talking about lowering their rates if we reverse the flow but we need that revenue.
Leary: Chris& Brian are talking to Scituate about taking some of their flow.
McGowan: Next meeting Thurs.Jan 3ra
