Jerusalem Road Estates-Tiberi (Engineer), Project was approved in 1999 for 23 buildable lots. They are
hypothesizing utility connection points on Jerusalem Road and Black Rock Road through a Forest Ave
easement. Coughlin estimated the total flow to be 13,400gpd. Current plan is to have a grinder pump
installed at each home. Pondering setting-up and HOA for sewer. Beck would like to see a single
connection point to the collection system. Then all costs associated be born by HOA. Gratta asked if
Coughlin would review plans and make recommendations. Beck asked Coughlin to take a look at
capacity projections. Board emphasizes all costs associated with Coughlin's work on Jerusalem Road
Estates is billed back to property owner. Gratta agrees.

Regional sewer study allocation-Senior speaks with Board regarding Regional planning as it relates to
the Regional meetings. Chris explains that a $200k grant was awarded to all three towns for the
purposes of regional planning. In order to complete a regional study Cohasset has been asked to
appropriate$100k, which Senior is prepared to put forth in an article for Town Meeting. He asks the
Board to ponder the idea of contributing to the $100k. Senior recommends inviting Peter Matchak to
the next meeting to discuss the Master Plan. Senior also urges the Board to reprioritize the 'wish list' of
areas for sewer expansion. Beck believes the next steps are to discuss future processing fees with Hull.
