Next meeting: February 27, 2018 at 3:00 Suez Contract McGowan asks Leary to hold all invoices from Suez until Marcin responds to all the Boards questions and concerns regarding the O&M contractual obligations. Responses are due by February 15, 2018. McGowan would like to hire a firm to facilitate a peer review of Engineering Services, possible three week study and report back to us. Beck concerned about the Boards priorities, Engineering Services to operator. McGowan agrees priority should be given to operator services. McGowan would like to cross all T's and dot all I's to make sure the WWTP is running effectively and efficiently. Sawchuk emphases the importance of auditing the WWTP. McGowan will call GHD and see if they are interested in performing such audit. Beck wants a better understanding of how the flow runs from Hull St. and Hingham to Hull. Coughlin or Leary to connect with Randy Sylvester from Hingham to get a better understanding. Is it possible to separate Cohasset and Hingham customers and send flow to Cohasset? Coughlin indicates Dan Sampson from Suez is scheduled to be onsite at the WWTP to identify VFD's. Beck asks Coughlin the status of the RFP. Coughlin needs to finish the appendix before sending along for final review. McGowan makes a motion to adjourn at 6:01pm, second by Sawchuk, Unanimous.
