Suez-McGowan kicks off conversations regarding adding a third Operator to WWTP. Confusion lays with
the structure of the recommended pricing scenario. Currently the Cohasset Sewer Commission is
contracted for 2.5 FTE's, adding another body would increase the contract for 3.5FTE's. Based on there
being three Operators the contract should be for only 3 FTE's. Leary to review O&M contract to clarify
the addition of another Operator. Sawchuk would like further clarification on the overtime credit. Is this
a true overtime credit or an accounting credit? Also, does the increase of$67,807.63 remain constant
for the remainder of calendar year 2018? Leary to find clarification from Marcin and invite him to next
meeting. No votes taken
Influent Pumps-No discussion
FY'19 Budget-Coughlin reviews 1/1 funding and if flow monitors are to be installed a cost of$55k should
be budgeted. Leary to get final debt services numbers from Finance Director, Don Piatt to assist in the
budgeting process. Until all numbers are received no additional discussions are needed. No vote taken
Abatements- No action taken
Meeting adjourned at 6:08 by McGowan, second by Beck, unanimous.
