Abatements approved Suez: McGowan opens discussions regarding gaps in the contractual agreements in Operation and Maintenance contract with Suez. Beck asks them to take exception to items they believe are highlighted in error and follow-up with a document outlining actions to be taken. McGowan asks Marcin for a dollar value associated with contractual tasks not being completed by Suez. Marcin does not respond with a monetary figure. Marcin agrees to follow-up with Scott regarding SOP for maintaining grinder pumps. Marcin suggests that Suez respond to all grinder pump calls within 24hours and advice homeowners of next steps. Board instructs Leary to design a pamphlet for a future mailing outlining the use and abuse of grinder pumps. Marcin to send current FOGG regulations to the Board for review. Beck inquires as to how Suez evaluates their Operators performance. Beck expresses concern regarding one of the Operators professionalism. Marcin agrees to follow-up with HR regarding Beck's concerns. 53 Windy Hill is before the Board for additional sewer connection. Sawchuk makes a motion to approve the connection instructing the owner to place a redundant check valve on the side of the house. Second by Beck, unanimous.
