Policy Updates:
Board would like a list completed of all persons allowed to inspect sewer connections once completed.
Currently all new sewer connections are inspected by Dan Coughlin or Kevin McRae.
New Connections:
74 Beach Street-Cavanaro presents to the Board the addition of one EDU to 74 Beach Street.This prop-
erty currently has two connections and they are looking for a third.
Motion to approve additional EDU by McGowan, second by Beck, unanimous.
125 Linden Drive-Phil Aberbach presenting a plan to connect to town sewer. Motion to approve one
EDU by McGowan, second by Beck, unanimous.
440 Jerusalem Road-Jeff Hassett presenting on behalf of Jim Magner to connect to the existing grinder
pump on the property. Board does not want the builder utilizing existing grinder pump. McGowan votes
to give conditional approval to move ahead with plans as presented with the exception of a combined
pump, second by Beck, unanimous.
Suez: Beck would like to review all job descriptions relevant to the plant operations. Beck recommends
we look into more technology at the WWTP.
Vote by McGowan to adjourn meeting at 6:36, second by Beck, Unanimous
