7:00 PM — Meeting called to order by Chair Brewer
MAPC Update: Committee discussed drafts of posters for Wednesday, June 20,
2018 public forum. Peter Matchak presented updated copies of work prepared
by MAPC to the group. Discussion included revisions to public forum stations on
housing, economic development and historical & cultural resources. Members
requested additional conference call with MAPC to review final revisions to the
forum posters beginning of the week of June 18t". Peter Matchak will coordinate
follow-up with MAPC.
Committee Reports: Committee briefly discussed coordination of members at
the Farmer's Market on the Town Common for Thursday, June 14t" to raise
awareness about final public forum on June 20t"
