Meeting called to order at 7.05 PM
7:05 PM: NOI 18-22: 55 and 137 Beach Street—Daniello Continued to 1124119
Public Hearing was opened and continued to 1/24119 at the request of Morse Engineering.
7:10 PM: Conservation Agent Update
• Agent Summers has been in touch with the Mass Association of Conservation Commissions to arrange
on-site training for the Commission regarding meeting protocol, wetlands and other related topics.
• The DEP issued a Superceding Order of Conditions for Lot F, Rust Way to allow construction on an
undeveloped lot owned by Michael Stevens. The town will pursue further legal action.
• The owners of 2 Smith Place have withdrawn their Notice of Intent and Stormwater Permit applications.
Any future plans for the property would require new application submissions.

In attendance to represent agenda item: Rob Ross/Applicant; Jeff HassettlMorse Engineering
Documents presented to support agenda item: NOI Application; Site Plans
The applicant is looking to relocate his current business to this location and wants to put on an addition to
accommodate vehicles and car repairs. The work would be within the riverfront area and within the buffer zone
to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Jeff Hassett said the roof runoff would be directed to a drywell. Chair Pimpare
suggested to tie a current drain into the drywell to capture more roof runoff. Member Eisenhauer was concerned
about the lack of plantings and landscaping on the plan. Vice Chair Creighton requested a site visit prior to going
any further with the application. Jeff Hassett is looking into a planting plan that would form a buffer zone.
Certificates of Compliance:
NOI 14-21, NOI 17-06: 589 Jerusalem Road/Shannon —two Certificates of Compliance issued for same property
With no further business to discuss, motion to adjourn made by Vice Chair Creighton, 2"d by Member
Kennedy and approved 4-0.
