Minutes for Approval: 31151118, 3129/18,4112/18 3/15118 and 3/29/18: Motion to approve by Member MacFarlane, 2"d by Member Koines, Approved 4-0 4/12/18: Motion to approve by Member Koines, 2111 by Member MacFarlane, Approved 3-0-1 (Member Eisenhauer abstained) 7:05 PM: SWP 18-18—291 North Main St— Hanzl In attendance to represent agenda item: Sean Hardy/Hardy Man Design Group; Jan Hanzl/Applicant Documents presented to support agenda item: Stormwater Permit Application and Plans The applicant proposes to raze and rebuild a single family dwelling with a 1,300 sq. ft. increase in impervious surface in the front of the site. Chambers will capture runoff from the driveway and ledge on site. Other drainage will be directed to the back of the property. The applicant is going to plant seed for a new lawn that will also help stabilize the area. MOTION: By Member Koines to close the public hearing and issue Stormwater Permit 18-18 for work proposed at 291 North Main Street with the condition that the septic system is decommissioned and the area is loamed and seeded prior to construction. SECOND: By Member MacFarlane VOTE: 4-0 Unanimous 7:25 PM: NOI 18-11 -36 Mill Lane -Cosman In attendance to represent agenda item: Nicholas Leing/Grady Consulting; Ken Cosman/Applicant Documents presented to support agenda item: NOI Application, Site Plans, Abutter Notifications The applicant proposes to remove and replace the existing cesspool with a new septic system. The property is not conducive to a leaching field so the system is designed as a 2,000-gallon tight tank system. Due to limited upland on the property the new system will encroach into the 50-ft. buffer zone. There is a deed restriction that will carry with the sale of the property indicating a 2-bedroom dwelling and requiring the tight-tank system be regularly pumped and maintained. MOTION: By Member Koines to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions for NOI 18-11 for work proposed at 36 Mill Lane. SECOND: By Member MacFarlane VOTE: 4-0 Unanimous Cohasset Conservation Commission June 21, 2018 Meeting Minutes MOTION: By Member Koines to close the public hearing and issue a variance for for work proposed within the 50-ft. buffer zone at 36 Mill Lane. SECOND: By Member MacFarlane VOTE: 4-0 Unanimous 7:50 PM: RDA 18-05—90 Howard Gleason Rd—Cohasset Yacht Club In attendance to represent agenda item: Patrick Resendes/Foth Engineering Documents presented to support agenda item: RDA Application This application is for regrading an area in the parking lot and adding a 5' x 7' landing at the Cohasset Yacht Club adjacent to Cohasset Cove. The landing will be paved and feature grading for an ADA ramp allowing easier access for handicapped people. MOTION: By Member Koines to close the public hearing and issue a Negative 2 Determination of Applicability for work proposed at Cohasset Yacht Club, 99 Howard Gleason Road. SECOND: By Member MacFarlane VOTE: 4-0 Unanimous 8:05 PM: 73 Atlantic Ave 70 Whitehead — Updated Restoration Plan Review Updates to the original Restoration Plan were requested by the Commission. Agent Summers received and reviewed the revised plan showing a silt sock installed around the borders of the property and that the fall plantings are to be completed by November 1, 2018. MOTION: By Member Koines to approve the Updated Restoration Plan dated June 19, 2018. SECOND: By Member MacFarlane VOTE: 4-0 Unanimous With no further business to discuss, motion to adjourn made by Member Koines, 2nd by Member MacFarlane and approved 4-0 unanimous.
