COMMISSION MEETING

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.
7:06 PM: RDA 17-01 -48 Mill Lane—Snowdale Shed Reconstruction
In attendance to represent agenda item: Alan and Linda Snowdale/applicants
Documents submitted to support agenda item: RDA Application
The shed is located outside of the 50' buffer zone. The owner will do the construction and the shed
will be 20' by 24' on an existing foundation.
MOTION: By Chair Vogelman to issue a Negative 3 determination for RDA 17-01 with the
conditions of a silt sock, no further disturbance within the 50' buffer zone and
to reseed with wetland seed mix.
SECOND: Member Graham
VOTE: 6-0 Unanimous
7:20 PM: After-the-Fact NOI 17-06—589 Jerusalem Road —Shannon
In attendance to represent agenda item: Attorney Richard Henderson
Documents presented to support agenda item: AFT NOI Application 17-06
A NOI was to be filed by 3/30 but was not received by staff. The Commission did not approve the
planting plans presented because plantings were not specific to Cohasset, and the Commission
would like larger trees on the plan. The applicant will work with Staff regarding approved plants and
is asked to submit another plan by May 25, 2017.

Attorney Henderson requested a continuance to allow commissioners, staff and abutters adequate
time to review the latest revised plans..

OTHER BUSINESS
Show Cause Tracker: Updates were discussed. Most of the outstanding issues have been
addressed and/or resolved.
604 Jerusalem Road — Brewer— Restoration of Non-Permitted Tree Removal
The Brewers were asked to provide a restoration plan in 2016 for tree removal without a permit that
has not been received to date. Reminders have been sent with no response received.
MOTION: By Vice Chair Pimpare to issue an Enforcement Order for 604 Jerusalem Road
and request the owner to submit an After-the-Fact Notice of Intent and a
restoration plan to the Commission staff by May 18, 2017 and be put on the
agenda for May 25, 2017.

VOTE: 6-0 Unanimous
55 Beach Street— Daniello— Restoration of Abutting Property
The Commission has asked Mr. Daniello to restore a portion of his neighbor's property that was
landscaped in error. To date no restoration plan has been filed and several attempts by staff to reach
Mr. Daniello were unsuccessful.
MOTION: By Vice Chair Pimpare to issue an Enforcement Order on 55 Beach Street and
request the owner submit an After-the-Fact Notice of Intent and a restoration
plan to the Commission staff by May 18, 2017 and be put on the agenda for
May 25, 2017.
SECOND: Member Graham
VOTE: 6-0 Unanimous
70 Whitehead:Road (Atlantic Ave) —Sullivan— Enforcement and Litigation
Attorney Lampke has filed all necessary papers regarding 70 Whitehead Rd.
MOTION: By Vice Chair Pimpare to request that Attorney Lampke proceed with litigation
for 70 Whitehead Rd.
SECOND: Member Graham
VOTE: 6-0 Unanimous
With no further business, motion to adjourn was made and seconded at 8:15 pm.
