SWP 16-39— Hassan New Construction In attendance to represent agenda item: Samuel Hassanla licant• Brendan SullivanlCavanaro Consulting;Attorney Walter Sullivan; David Hassan Documents to Support Agenda Item: NOI Submittal; Stormwater Submittal; NOI Plans dated 12/16116 The applicant proposes a new single family dwelling.An underground filtration system is proposed for the front of the house. The rear of the property drops off significantly and runoff'will be handled by splash pads. The property is not densely vegetated and plans show a proposed tree line to the rear that will remain. MOTION: By Member Kennedy to close the public hearing for work proposed at 61A Hull Street and issue and Order of Conditions for NOI 16-28 with the following special condition: all live vegetation existing outside the proposed tree line on the approved site plan is to remain intact and otherwise undisturbed. SECOND: Member Graham VOTE: 7-0 Unanimous MOTION: By Member Kennedy to close the public hearing and issue Stormwater Permit 16-39 for work proposed at 61A Hull Street. SECOND: Vice Chair Pimpare VOTE: 7-0 unanimous Other Business: Certificate of Completion: 792 Jerusalem Road-- NOI 14-15 for septic installation. Partial_Certificate of Completion: 792 Jerusalem Road/Lot K (alkla 10 Ocean Ledge Drive) N01 15-19 Lot K has been deeded out and is no longer encumbered by the Order of Conditions at the request of Attorney Walter Sullivan. Foundation, grading, septic system and well construction will resume in the spring. Show Cause Update: 589 Jerusalem Road/Shannon: There has been no planting done as outlined in the Order of Conditions for two Cohasset Conservation Commission January 5,2017 Meeting planting seasons. It was the will of the commission to request that the applicant appear at the January 19, 2017 meeting to discuss possible enforcement action. Staff will notify applicant Matthew Shannon via certified registered mail. 604 Jerusalem Road! Brewer: Ken and Deb Brewer were asked in August 2016 to file an after-the-fact planting plan and were working with Morse Engineering. Nothing acceptable has been received to date. Presentation: Associate Member Chris MacFarlane made a detailed presentation outlining proper vegetation planting and replacement with regards to mitigation proposals and tree replacement survivability.
