Chairman Kennedy called the meeting to order at 7:00pm

�l Plans of the proposed project and the drainage of stormwater were discussed. Peter Sexton asked
about the how soil sampling would be conducted.

Chairman Kennedy read the request for withdrawal from the engineer. Commission made no action.
114 Forest Avenue—Pompeo—New Construction
Due to percolation testing It was determined that the design submitted was the only possible way of
constructing the dwelling and septic system;the leaching field will be partially located within the 100
foot buffer zone. Runoff from the proposed property will work to mimic the current runoff status
through a berm and overflow weirs. Peter Sexton, 118 Forest Avenue,asked about the trees on the
west side of the property and if they have taken into account all the wells. The engineers plan on
removing the trees for the most part and that they have taken in to account the wells on the property.
MOTION: By Member Alex Kolnes to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions for the
property at 114 Forest Avenue

430 Atlantic Avenue- DeVitre-Show Cause Hearintt:Unauthorized Work Within Buffer Zone
The Commission found that some undocumented work may have been conducted including walls built
along the edge of wetlands, one of which may have been in an area of coastal storm flowage. The total
impervious area of the stone walls may require a stormwater permit. An issue with the paving of a section
off of the shared driveway was brought up. The commission will make a site visit on Friday September
25'h at 7:30am.The meeting will be continued.
