Paul - has filed 2 warrants:
1 . One of our accounts has been tied up in tax accounts, (money donated to
elders through real estate tax donations). As such, the State rules a
committee has to be set up to run the fund. Town feels that would be too
expensive and would create cost to the town. He wants to change that from
an inactive account to an active account and direct it to a gift account that
we can then use (approx. $5200).
2. The building fund has excess funds and Paul would like to use that for
outdoor furniture. Town Manager has asked us to get quotes.
4 Rocking chairs have been donated.
The town has been approved for energy efficient vehicles. Susan Bruce is
now looking at all vehicles to determine best ones for the town. The initial
cost of charging stations will be covered. Looking at different uses for those
vehicles at our center.
