Treasurer's Report:
YTD Expenditures in total are in line with FYE 2020 budget, expending
31%. We will receive Formula Grant in Feb (approx. $20,000). Formula
grant payroll is ongoing monthly in the amount of$1520. Approx. $7000
was expended from revolving account. No expenditures from gift
account.
We now have 3 gift accounts. Unrestricted of$33k, Outreach restricted of
$9k, and Cohasset Cares of$2.2k. A fourth account, the MAP Gift account,
of$1,112, represents a carryover balance which cannot be transferred
into any of the three Gift balances due to use restrictions when the fund
was received. The Coblentz fund balance ($733), an old outreach c/o
balance ($2) and the Triad grant c/o balance ($201) were all transferred
into the Outreach Gift account during September as requested.
There were 10 applications for the Trust account and we expect the
entire balance of$6819 will be distributed to assist elder, low income, or
disabled individuals in December to help with their January tax bill.
Treasurer's Report accepted.
Paul spoke about the use of vans. The men's discussion group will be
using 2 vans to go to BC hockey games. The School Dept has asked to use
a van for a disabled student and have suggested they may need part time
drivers from our dept. Diane said transportation needs are increasing
here and part time drivers are hard to find.
