HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - CCHDC - 01/31/2017 The CCHD met on 1/31/17, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cohasset Town Hall.
Members present: Gordon Stevenson, Jackie Clark, Peter Wood, Annette Sawchuck, Nick
Noon, and John Coffey.
Members absent: Colin Koch, & Yasmin Landy
Guests: Can Tiryaki, Alexander Vanderweill, Jim Sandell, Diana Kornet and Lisa Dunne
New Business:
Alexander Vanderweill, 72 North Main Street came before the committee to discuss issue of
installing a swimming pool and how the CCHD regulations would impact it. After a short
discussion if they proceed they will come before the committee if it is felt a certificate be needed.
Old Business:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Unitarian Parish Hall restoration work. Continued discussion with Mr. Sandell, Ms. Dunne, and
Ms. Kornet regarding progress of work. Mr. Sandell and Mr. Tiryaki are working together on the
previous issues regarding restoration work covered by the bylaw. They will come back before
the committee within a couple months with the restoration plans for approval.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 7-50 p.m.
