Members present: Gordon Stevenson, Jackie Clark, Colin Koch, Annette Sawchuck, Can
Tiryaki, and Peter Wood.
Members absent: Nick Noon, John Coffey, Yasmin Landy.
Guests:
Kelli Gildea
Tanner Gildea.
Minutes of the 4/5/16 meeting were approved.
Old business: Gildea application for two car garage. Current garage is 12x12. Application is for
a garage measuring 26x26 overall. Garage doors will be black. Can Tiryaki went over the plans
and has no issue. All neighbors/abutters have been contacted and are okay with the plans. St.
Stephen's church as well will be contacted as they are the actual owners of the property directly
abutting subject. If there are any further changes the Gildea's will come back before the
commission. Voted to approve and issue a Certificate of Appropriateness and dispense with a
public hearing. Applicant is scheduled to go before the ZBA.
Other business:
Colin Koch is planning to re-glaze & restore several older front facing windows. Possibly
changing the mullions from black to white. Will come before the commission as their plans move
further along.
First Parish. Work being done and to be done on the exterior is for maintenance. As of now no
approval needed.
Elections:
Colin Koch elected as Chairman. Gordon Stevenson, Vice-Chairman, Peter Wood as Secretary.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
