Meeting called to order at 7:01pm by Chairman Keniley
1. Election of Officers
Jack Keniley Chairman 4-0

2. Personnel Issues
Jeff Smith resigned effective today.
Chris Allen has applied for the position. Application will go before the Troika for action.
3. Committee Assignments
Schools Brian Host
Facilities (Buildings/Repair&Maintenance) New Member (Chris Allen)
DPW (Roads/Land/Transfer Station) Sam Wakeman
Public Safety (Police/Fire/HarborMaster) Chris Allen
Town Hall (IT, Infrastructure/Engineering/Other) Jack Keniley
Libra ry/Rec/Boa rd of Health/Elder Affairs Peter DeCaprio
4. Capital Forecast
Brian Joyce to send out capital requests to all departments. Requests must be back by August
15t". Capital Budget process to start the second week of September. The forecast will be
organized by department and include the following:
• Vehicles/Rolling Stock
• Facilities Capital needs
• Equipment
• Other
Committee will review a draft calendar for the next budget cycle. Brain and Chris to do the
first pass. Must include time to evaluate capital items for STM.
