Prioritization
Ralph Dormitzer presented a prioritization grid used by Trent Hill. He had taken our FY20
requests and expanded to include weighting categories. We discussed using and conclude
we would each work thru and be ready to discuss further at the 2/25 meeting.
Chris Senior presented several scenarios on Capital Stabilization Funding proposed for the
FY20 budget. This included potential $ transfers and possible STM2019 additional funding. If all
could be made to happen it would keep CSF balances at an acceptable level.
There being no further business we voted to adjourn at 21 :45PM
Respectfully submitted
