Chair Wakeman opened the meeting at 1905with the above quorum present.
Capital Budget voted 4-0 on reorganization as follows:

DPW head Joyce presented proposed expenditures for redoing the water
system($25,000) and replacing shed($15000) at Woodside Cemetery. Funds are to
come from Cemetery Permanent Fund. Brian will provide uswith a detailed cash flow to
help understand the capability of the Fund to finance such itemsoverthe long term.
Capital Budget recommended these expenditures with a vote of 4-0
A discussion about electric vehicles ensued with valuable input from Chief SIvia. TM
Senior will have full and complete details to us in the near future. Wakeman will
distribute AEC town vehicle list.
Chair Wakeman brought up major projects on the horizon. These are Town Hall and
Public Safety. Wakeman will distribute priortown hall study.
We had a good discussion on ITand "Hardy" backup. We agreed we needed a full
se3ssion with Ron Menard included to carry thisforward. We will try and schedule end
of August/beginning of September. We will also see if Ron can put together a "training
session" on the town office 365 capabilities so CB can use this and one note as a
communication tool.
It wasvoted to adjourn at 2105.
