• Food: The Red Lion/Atlantica/Brisa restaurants are being purchased and will be managed by The Catered

inspection at the former Blu Mussel location for a new Asian Restaurant Tuesday November 131n
• 380 Chief Justice Cushing Highway: Ms. Fahey met with Mike Whiteside (MassDEP strike force) regarding
the acid released at 380 CJC Highway on October 3, 2018. Mr.Whiteside and Ms. Fahey agreed to terminate
the investigation.
• JJ's Dairy Hut: Ms. Fahey, Bob Egan Cohasset Building Inspector, and Jason Federico Cohasset Field
Engineer, met with the property owners and the business owner of JJ's Dairy Hut to come up with an
alternative solution for the septic system. All parties agreed to upgrade the present septic system prior to
the 2019 business season by adding a float switch inside the tank that will trigger alarms inside the building
if water inside the tank exceeds a preset level. Audio and visual alarms should be set to activate at a level
determined by the Title 5 installer and Ms. Fahey. If the alarm is triggered then the tank will be pumped
immediately to prevent a release. If sewer becomes available, the property owner must connect to the
sewer and abandon the current system.
APPROVED

(i.e., food, tobacco, and dumpsters) in November. Full Circle is still finalizing the database with food

businesses are licensed by the Department of Public Health, but "bodyworks" are not regulated by the
