Mr. Sullivan explained the 3 new lots on Ocean Edge Drive will have 1 common septic built with a confirmed 12 bedrooms that were approved in 2008. The septic has been installed. Each lot will have as their own well. Mr. Connelly notified the abutters via certified mail of the proposed well locations on July 6, 2016. Mr. Sullivan sent the BOH a revised plan on July 25, 2016. The revisions for 30 Ocean Ledge Drive remained the same and well's location was satisfied to the Board. The revisions for 45 Ocean Ledge Drive moved from 24.1' off the property line to 15' off the property line. With the 100' buffer, this would affect the abutters at 78 Lamberts Lane. Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Connelly both agreed to keep the original location of 24.1' off the property line. The revisions for 55 Ocean Ledge Drive improved the effect on the neighbors since it was moved further from the lot line. The storm water permit is a proposed plan, not actual.
