A 4 bedroom home is proposed at the property of 41 Beechwood Street. Jeff Hassett explained the Conservation
Commission has approved the Storm Water Permit. Robin Lawrence notice the system was narrow and questioned
Mr. Hassett if the system could be elongated and be H2O loading. Mr. Hassett also made a suggestion the driveway
could be shaped in more of an arc. He explained there isn't normally a vent but since the driveway will be over a
portion of the leaching field,Morse's plan includes one vent. Joan Kenney wanted to know if this system was going
to be used for two homes and Mr. Morse confirmed that this system is for one house. The leaching field must be
excavated before the house is built.
